By sending us your deposit or full payment, you are acknowledging you have read and accepted the booking terms & conditions.

Terms & Conditions of booking

‘Sue Hazell Soft Furnishings’ reserve the right to change tutors, vary or cancel a workshop at its discretion and accepts no liability if a workshop does not take place for an unforeseen reason.

A 50% deposit of your total fee – non refundable - secures your place on any of the listed courses.  All workshops must be paid for in full 28 days prior to the workshop.  

Payment can be made by PayPal or bank transfer or cheque allowing 10 working days to clear.

Cancellations by you:

If you have paid in full:

28 days or more before workshop date 50% refunded

27 to 15 days before workshop 25% refund

Less than 14 days before date of workshop NIL

Cancellations By us:

If a cancellation by us is unavoidable, an alternative date or a full refund will be given
